Type Locality

Nga, Esse to Attogondema, Cameroon, Nduya river near Atogondema, northwestern Gabon.

Plataplochilus mimus Lambert 1963. Stream Koltang (PK 28 on the road Libreville-Kango)" northwestern Gabon.

Distribution

Lower Guinea, known from coastal lowlands of northwestern Gabon and southern Equatorial Guinea.

Habitat

Flowing water in rainforest streams.
