Type Locality

Equatorial Guinea, Province Litoral, Mitimele River basin, Nki-Besua creek, collected on 4 December 2018 by F. Malumbres, J. G. Povez & D. González, GEMPG 18-14.

Distribution

Southern / or southeastern Mvoung River drainage.

Habitat

Small creeks. pH 6·6; conductivity 11 µ; water temperature 24°C. Sympatric sp. - Mesoaphyosemion mimbon and Plataplochilus sp. aff. pulcher.
