Meaning of Name

From the Mandoro River, south west Congo.

Distribution

 

Habitat

Inhabits clear flowing water over sand.

Sympatric species: A.coeleste, A.cryptum.

Distinguishing Characteristics Seperated by similar fish by an absense of red in the un-paired fins. Some specimens may have a feint red bar in the dorsal fin.
